Capabilities
This is what work we are able to provide for you!
Laser Cutting
- CNC Fiber Optic Laser cutting of metal parts from thin gauges to 3/4' thick and as large as 60" x 120".
- Can cut Steel up to 3/4" thick.
- Can cut 5/8" thick Stainless.
- Can cut Aluminum up to 1/2" thick.
CNC Machining
- We have 5 CNC milling machines capable of machining parts up to 84" x 32".
- Capabilities include milling, drilling, tapping, and other unique machining requirements.
Production Sawing
- Production sawing with horizontal band saw featuring automatic stock feed.
- Cutting pressure controls and throat capacity of 10" diameter with unlimited length.
- Vertical band saw with capacity up to 12" diameter.
Spotwelding
- Capacity up to 11 gauge
- Electronically controlled process settings to assure weld quality.
Assembly
- Finished and unfinished products with calibrated pneumatic tooling.
- This includes pop rivet guns and a complete assortment of special tools.
CNC Controlled Punching
- Can puch parts up to 3/16 thick in 50" x 80" working range.
- With repositioning capabilities, it allows for longer parts to be punched.
CNC Precision Forming
- Forming of sheet metal parts requiring up to 255 tons and 14 feet long.
- Has precision ground segmented tooling that eliminates the need for special tooling.
Welding
- Tig and mig welding capabilities at all 10 welding stations (booths).
- Capable of welding complex structures, enclosures, and unique weldments in Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel (including #4 finished products).
Inserting
- We have 3 insert machines.
- On one of our insert machines includes automatic feed for installing PEM style hardware.
Finishing
- Includes grinding, time saving on one of several machines, tumbling, deburring, sand blasting, and also dee tinting of stainless steel welded products that require #4 finish.
